Frequently asked questions
How do I add a spot?
Tap the + button in the app, search for the restaurant, then add your rating, review, photo and who you went with.
How do I edit or delete a review?
Open one of your reviews and tap Edit to change it. Want to Go spots can be removed with the X button on the card.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the share icon on any review and choose "Report this review", or use the report option on a user's profile. Our team reviews all reports.
How do I block another user?
Go to their profile and choose Block. You won't see their content and they won't see yours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all of your data.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link.
