Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using I Know a Spot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or misleading.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Spam, scrape, or abuse the service or other users.
Upload content you don't have the right to share.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.

Your content

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the app so the service can function. You're responsible for the content you share.

Moderation & enforcement

We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that breach these terms. Users can report content and block others; reports are acted on promptly.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Restaurant information and recommendations are provided as-is and may not always be accurate. The app is offered without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
